Hatha Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that connects body, mind, and spirit through a balanced blend of physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and focused awareness. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, Hatha Yoga is often seen as the foundation of all physical yoga styles, designed to prepare the body for stillness and inner awakening. Whether you’re flowing through gentle stretches or holding poses with strength and grace, each movement in Hatha Yoga invites you into the present moment, helping you cultivate balance, flexibility, and inner peace.
Ashtanga Inspired Flow is both meditative and physically demanding, making it a powerful journey for those seeking discipline, growth, and transformation. The structured sequences—starting with the Primary Series—build a solid foundation while offering endless space for progress. Whether you’re a new student or an experienced yogi, Ashtanga invites you into a deeper connection with your breath, body, and inner truth. Ashtanga is a strong style, challenging beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible form of yoga that brings all the benefits of traditional yoga—flexibility, strength, balance, and calm—without the need to get down on the floor. Practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support, it’s perfect for seniors, those with limited mobility, or anyone recovering from injury. Chair Yoga creates a space where everyone can move with ease and grace, reconnecting with their body in a safe and supportive way.
Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing and meditative style of yoga that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly feel into your body. Unlike dynamic practices, Yin Yoga targets the deeper layers—your fascia, joints, and connective tissues—by holding postures for extended periods of time, typically 3 to 5 minutes. This stillness creates space to gently release tension, increase flexibility, and promote circulation in areas often neglected by more active forms of yoga. It’s the perfect counterbalance to the busyness of modern life, helping you restore inner harmony and come back to a place of peace and presence.

Prenatal Yoga is a specially designed form of yoga that supports and empowers women through all stages of pregnancy—body, mind, and spirit. With gentle stretches, safe postures, deep breathing, and mindful movement, Prenatal Yoga helps expecting mothers strengthen their bodies, improve posture, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and connect with the growing baby. It’s more than just physical exercise—it’s a nurturing practice that helps build inner calm and confidence for birth and motherhood.
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that awakens you to the spiritual energy coiled at the base of your spine. Through a dynamic blend of movement, breathwork (pranayama), chanting (mantra), and meditation, this ancient yogic technology is designed to break through energetic blockages and raise your consciousness. Each class is a journey—a ritual of self-discovery that balances the nervous system, stimulates the chakras, and invites deep inner clarity. Unlike other styles of yoga, Kundalini Yoga moves energy fast and directly, often leaving practitioners feeling vibrant, clear, and deeply connected to their inner truth.

What Do I Need for My First Yoga Class?
- For your first yoga class, simply wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a yoga mat if you have one (we sell yoga mats in our shop). In winter, we recommend bringing a warm blanket and socks to stay cozy during the final relaxation. Most importantly, come with an open heart and a willingness to explore.
- Arrive Early for Your First Yoga Class
To ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new students, we kindly request that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your first class.
This extra time allows you to:
- Complete an Important Form
Before beginning, we require all new students to fill out a short form. This ensures we understand your needs, any physical concerns, and how best to support your practice. - Get Acquainted
Arriving early gives you the chance to meet your instructor, ask questions, and settle into the space. - Relax and Prepare
Take a moment to acclimate, find your spot, and prepare your mind and body for the session ahead.
Your timely arrival helps create a peaceful and organized environment for you and your fellow students. Thank you for honoring this request, and we look forward to sharing the practice of yoga with you!
